I have applied visit visa for my brother on Dec 2020. I have got the biometrics letter but could not book any biometrics appointments India. Also he does not have any immediate family members in Canada? Is there any solution to get the biometrics appointment done and expedite the process.
He can fly to another country and do biometrics where offices are open like Dubai. Like your parents, with no immediate family in Canada why do you need the process expedited? There is no expedited process.
