can my wife apply for a visitor's visa while waiting for the outcome of her open work permit ? I have got my work permit and i want us to travel together but her online application is taking long and i have to start working . Any idea ?

Thank you for the precision ...So since the visitor's visa shows a processing time of 11 days , can she obtain the visitor's visa and accompany me ? will there be any complication ?

She can certainly apply. Impossible for any of us to say if it will be approved. The processing time is just an estimate - entirely possible it could take a few months to process.
