My uncle is in Alberta, Edmonton, he is very much interested to call me for visit. I live in karachi, Pakistan. Can anyone guide me that what are the documents and others requirements for visitor visa.

You must be able to show that you have sufficient funds to support yourself during your trip, show strong ties to your home country and demonstrate that you have no plans to remain in Canada long term.
and then a good dose of good luck.....
We did all that and still had our visitors visa rejected.... and the reasons and explanation they gave was something to be desired...
