Hello Everyone Please, I need information and requirements on when my spouse can apply for visitor's records; he is on an open work permit that will expire on March 30th, 2025, because that is when my study permit expires too. I just graduated, and from the policy, I can't add him to my PGWP Application.

He can apply. It would be highly unlikely he will be able to remain in Canada as a visitor for your whole PGWP so should be making other plans.
