My parents got 5 years visitor visa on March 10th, 2020, just before pandemic lockdown. They never visited Canada. I am planning to bring them this summer 2022. Here I am just wondering if the visitor visas issued before Covid pandemic are still valid or it needs any kind of renewal or pre-approval document?
no need to do anything, unless you are contacted by the IRCC to do so.
However, you do need to comply with the current border policy regarding CoVid 19 upon entering.
