Hello, I have valid I797A/H1B/work visa document but no stamping on passport. In forums, I have read mixed responses about AVR as it's related to US and canadian officers may not have complete understanding that it permits reentry to US even without H1B stamp in passport and hence denial chances are high. Any one here applied for a visitor visa with no stamping on passport? If we attached employment confirmation letter from my employer in US, paystubs etc will it help in my case?
