Hi guys I have closed work permit and my wife have open workpermit . But my son in India from last one year . He is only 1 and half year old . I tried to apply his visitor visa 2 times before but we got refusal under 179 . Then I contact to my local mp and they contact to IRCC regarding my son visa . They said they have misunderstanding about your son and they will re consider . But you need to wait for result or you can reapply again. Now I applied again on March 3 but still waiting for result.
