we apply visitor visa from vac Chandigarh -160018 on 23june and nfs new delhi office says it is in under proceed. so plz answed my visitor visa file .

Still showing as application in undergoing background check.
i m supposed to visit for a client meeting. and my other 2 collogues with similar timeline already got visa stamped.

any idea if there is some delay going on in processing?

Depends where you live? Have you ever had a Canadian or US visa? If so, you may be processed faster.

currently in India Bangalore. Yes i had US H1 visa of 6 years and Canada visitor visa in past..

So, your application may be processed faster under CAN+. It is at the discretion of IRCC when reviewing your application. If you receive a response within a couple of weeks, then you were processed under CAN+. You can't ask if it is.

If processed under Can+ category then hopefully you will get result in few weeks. On the other hand, it will takes around 04 months as per current processing trends. Regards

l do not hold a valid US or canada visa currently so i guess i don't qualify for CAN+. for remaining cases, it business visit visa waiting time 4 months? any idea?

If you haven’t travelled to Canada within 10 years without valid US visa, you are not eligible for CAN+. Processing is around 5 months.
