I am living in Winnipeg Manitoba. I am on my one year work permit. I am full time security officer. I want to invite my wife on our 1st marriage anniversary on coming December. She have been refused on my convocation ceremony (visitor visa) before.
Please tell me can she get visitor visa this time or not?

It's impossible for any of us to say. To be approved, she will have to overcome the reasons why she was refused in her first application, show very strong ties to her home country and prove she has no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
