I and my father in law applied for Canadian visitors visa. We wanted to visit Canada for my husband convocation ceremony. My father in law got his visa at 20th june 2018 and i got my passport today 28th june 2018. My father in law got his visa but I don't got my visa even I don't receive any e-mail or message of refusal or rejection.

Please help me on this

Unfortunately, you have been refused. You will get an email with the refusal letter/reasons in the next few days

where is your husband and is he working in canada?
 
My husband live in Winnipeg Manitoba and he is full time employ at garda world. Last month my husband applied for work permit and few dasy ago he got his one year work permit. So can I re apply for open work permit.
