Hello Experts
Can you please tell my chances of getting a visitor visa.
I'm going to submit the following.

1. Fixed Deposit statement having a balance of $16000 CAD for the past 9 months
2. Motor Vehicle registration certificate
3. Lease Agreement notorized paper showing monthly income rental of $130 CAD per month for me
4. Employment reference letter including last 3 months salary details showing in the same letter.
5. Notorized additional income statement which includes the last 6 months supplies details and a reference letter issued by the company I do my part time business with.
6. Marriage Certificate and birth certificates of my two children.
7. Travel itinerary and covering letter.

I'm 28 and I will be going for a visit alone for 10 days.

If you are going for a visit alone, you might require an invitation letter from someone residing in Canada(family/friends.) If you can get your income tax papers, that would further strengthen your application. Good Luck!
 
You don't need a letter of invitation from a friend of family. A travel itinerary will work, or bookings at hotels.
