Hello,
Can I apply for CAQ for my child (for Primary education) while he is in Quebec on visitor visa ? While I am in Quebec on work permit.
The CAQ application has the following option in point 12 of the form.... can I apply from within Canada ?
Citizenship and Immigration Canada, Vegreville, Alberta, Canada (renewal from within Canada)

What you say you've read for the CAQ says ''renewal'' not ''first application''.
