Visitor Visa to Canada in CVAC Riyadh

hello everyone,

i submitted my visit visa application last March 6,2016 here in CVAC RIYADH. The processing time here is 14 days as of today and i received an email from them just this day March 16, 2016, 4;40 pm. saying that my processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Riyadh to the Canada Visa Application Centre Riyadh..what does it mean? did they refused my application? i'm planning to go to their office tomorrow so i decided to ask you guys first so that i would know whats this all about..

if cvac send ur application back with in 10 days it means they refused ur application,otherwise good luck.
