I am holding post graduate open work permit in canada which is valid for more 2 years. I have allready applied for mine and my spouse permanent residency in canada under AINP rule, while my spouse is still in India. We just got married in Oct/2013. In December I applied for his open work permit from India , which got refused and than after waiting for 4 months we again applied, but this time for visitor visa. we again got refused. I dont know what to do now, as I want him to be here with me and AINP is along process.
