Hello,
Friends, I need your advice.
I have a tourist visa, I want to move my family to Canada. Which is the fastest way, and which is the most reliable?
Apply for 1) work permit or 2) study permit within Canada:
A) List the whole family at once
B) To apply for the family later
Or your option.
If I am denied a work/study permit, will my visitor visa be revoked?

1. Do you have an approved job offer with LMIA? If not, you are not eligible for a work permit.
2. Study permit - Do you have admisssion to a school? Have you been approved for a study permit showing career and education advancement to justify costs? Studying in Canada doesn’t guarantee that your family will be approved. You need to show funds for settlement (after paying tuition) for the whole family plus ties to home country.
No, your TRV will not be revoked.

Hi,
Regarding visitor visa revoked there is one possibility i believe. In case if any of the documents which are submitted for workpermit or study visa are found to be fradulent, then there is possbility of 5 year ban and i think visitor visa will be revoked in such case.

Are you a US citizen or just living in the US? What is your family’s status in the US?
