Visitor visa revoked by email without sender name

My visitor visa revoked by email from delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca
After the issuance of 2 weeks. Tried to contact delhi embassy but they don’t entertained without appointment. Replied to email and calls many times but no authentic answer. Pls help how to get confirm about it. In email no my name mentioned only file number which i am not remember. There is no sender name. When contacted to ircc they said that email in the system but no reason mentioned and they contacted you by call but no one available there. But I didn’t get any call. Please advise

It's a phishing email/ fake email. Don't give any personal information + don't reply to this email + don't open any attachments

Please post up the email here, after removing your personal information from it. Then everyone can see what to look out for.

I understand @Bryanna caution but I am not 100% convinced yet that these revocation emails are fake. IRCC do appear to be using the same DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca address on other emails and they do address as "Dear Sir/Madam". Please let us know if you find out if it was actually revoked.

as far as i can understand if they are revoking your visa so they will mention your name DOB and visa number and counterfile number as well either it can be fishy email if there is no info about your visa or your name
