We (me and my spouse) got our visas refused after visa approvals and the visa were pasted on our passports, the gap between approval and refusal is 1 month and 10 days, all genuine documents with strong profiles (both applicants) established jobs and strong ties outside canada. Visa Applied: 2 May 2023, Visa Approved: 13 September 2023 and New updates in the profile for refusal with me correspondence letter: 24 October 2023.
The mentioned reason on the refusal letter: The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. • Your previously issued visa has been cancelled and is not valid for travel to Canada.
I raised webform too, but no reply till now. I called IRCC they told me it could happen if the visa officer changed his mind, I mean visa officer changed his mind after 1 month and 10 days.
I have also ordered GCMS notes, how many days GCMS notes are delivered these days? I know the time mentioned is 30 days but any luck to receive early?
Please guide what shall I do?
