i applied TRV for business visit and just received mail of refusal letter just reasone of purpose of visit checked. Can i reapply with more stronge reasone? And it is posible to get visit visit stronge visit purpose?

I will submit a letter from CN/CP for meeting purpose.

You need to submit more than that but yes you need to confirm your acceptance/attendance at the conference as well as confirmation that your employer will be paying the costs. I assume they are. You do need to include information that people normally include for a visitor permit.
