If you go personally to apply, it will give you back ur passport on same day.
By mail, It will take at least 3 weeks to get your passport back.

When did you get the same-day visa service?
I am planning to travel to Seattle to get this done. Tried to call them and the automated operator
mentioned that they no longer offer same day service.
I heard DC can offer same day as well.
Please advise. Need to be in Canada next week
