visitor visa processing time after AOR

I have applied for my wife spousal PR in May and received her AOR in June. Her biometrics, health checkup is completed and approved. On July 17th I applied for her visitor visa and was hoping if I can get her as quickly as possible. She is alone in India and we miss each other. In one of the website it says after AOR for TRV it takes 30 days for visitor visa to come this is the link https://www.cicnews.com/2023/07/irc...ith-a-90-approval-rate-0736258.html#gs.dpm9lc.
I understand it is a probable date and do no guarantee the time frame. but is this service still active. do we have any people who have received the TRV within these day. I just want to know on an average with AOR how much time it is taking now a days. Thank you

Could take up to a few months and TRV is not guaranteed.

did your spouse received visitor visa ? , if so could you please help me with the timelines please? Iam also waiting for the same
