Visitor Visa Pending Arrest Warrant in the US?

Hi there,

would there be any problems applying for a VISA with a pending state/fed arrest warrant in the US? -- The thing is, my wife does suspect she does have a warrant in the US, she does know in what state for sure, but we called up the Canadian embassy and they wouldnt disclose that much info about it but suggested to apply, does anybody know wether this warrant would pop up when applying and result in a denial?

I do heard the US and Can. do share their Law Enforcement databases such as NCIC/etc?

If she has a pending charge then she may be inadmissible depending on the charge.

Yes - US and Canada do share information.
