Visitor Visa or super Visa after 2 stayed can apply for Immigrant?

Can somebody know if that is possible to apply for immigrant after 2 years stayed from Visitor Visa or Super Visa?

Staying here after 2 years doesn't allow that person to apply for immigration. They would have to apply either as a skilled worker or be sponsored by a family member. None of this relates to visitor visa or supervisa.

Not enough for low-income cut but can somebody sponsor them and apply for them as immigrant even it's not related just Canadian friend willing to sponsor them?

No there's nothing like that where you can sponsor a friend.

Why doesn't that friend just take up a skilled profession that Canada needs, learn English, and apply through skilled worker stream?

well I'm thinking is my parents coz they are old to apply for that.

If this is your parents and they're old, the only way they can come here permanently is if one of their children sponsors them. The child must have 3 years of income above a certain level.
