My wife had applied for SOWP but got rejected because i forgot to attach my employment letter. Now she wants to apply for visitor visa !
Is it a good idea ? She left her current job so that she could come here, so how should we approach this case? To show strong ties back home?
Hi, i would suggest to apply for sowp bcz there is almost no chance for Spouse visitor visa. show some property on her name and then apply for the whole period of your study permit. For sowp, it doesn't matter whether your spouse is currently working or will surely work in canada.
