Visitor visa online application from india

Have applied visitor visa online on 30th
oct
Biometric done on 31st october

Still waiting for a decision.
Doea delay in process leads to rejection.
In my knowledge online visitor visa processing time is 8days
Please advise.

Just wait! You did not indicate where you applied from. Refer to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/application/check-processing-times.html to get estimated days of processing. Processing days are working days.
If you want to follow up you can use the webform http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

"Does delay in process leads to rejection?" - Not true. An influx in the applications received by the IRCC can cause the delay. Most of are experiencing delays.

Thanks for your response have applied from india. Above link says 3 to 5 business days. Already been more than 5 business days just worried have applied twice in 2016 got rejected both times in same year. Have submitted new application on 30th October 2019.
Have got rejected to US as well in 2015.have been to UK in 2016 on visit for 1 month. Since 2016 i have never been to any country.
