Visitor Visa Oct 2020 - No response

I submitted my second TRV (Visit) in Oct 2020, biometrics are still valid from the previous TRV but have not heard anything back from them (2 years now). I almost forgot that i applied for it. any idea wat will happen, will i get a refund or decision any time soon. Who should i contact to get it sorted, people who applied a month ago, got the decision. Thank you

You should reapply through the new portal. See:

Yes that is one of the busier offices. I think you should hear soon. Have you applied for outland sponsorship or an OWP depending on your status in Canada?

I applied for a visitor visa before... now I am applying SOWP... lets see
