I am applying fir visitors visa for my parents. My dad is the primary applicant, but my mother will be coming a month before my dad. Is that ok or should the primary applicant should arrive first?

The primary applicant arriving first is only for PR landings.

Your mom can arrive first on a TRV/travel without your dad
