Visitor Visa Interview request from CIC New Delhi

My mother got a email from CIC New Delhi, India. to attend interview.

In order to continue processing of your application you are required to attend an interview at the location, date and time:

We request you to bring the following documents and/or comply with request indicated below:
- Proof that you have sufficient establishment in India to motivate return.

These document we are planning to take:
- She is staying with son in India: Relation ship proof and she inform officer that she will return because son is these.
- She had own commercial property : Property documents
- Tax returns: Tax receipt , where they are paying for commercial property
- Rent : Rental agreement for commercial property.

Can any one please guide us, Is there any other document she need to carry.
