Visitor visa help

I have 5 year study permit till 2023 but I have returned to India and dropped the program. Now my wife applies study visa for her Master program, can I join her on my older visa or will I have to apply again new visitor visa?

your permit was automatically cancelled when you chose not to study

Is this apply to visitor visa too for my kids?

Your permit might be cancelled but your visa could still be valid so you could maybe enter as visitor, its difficult to know.
