I am a PR card holder and spent more than 730 days in the last 5 years in Canada but currently live in my home country. Here I got married and as I understand I can not apply for my spouse PR because I am not a Canadian citizen so I need to be physically in Canada to do that. I want to travel with my wife so the only option is to apply for visitor visa for her. I have a few questions:

1. Family information (IMM 5645): This document says that all names should be completed in English and in native language, so in the name cell we should write in both languages, what about other cells like address or occupation, English only?
2. Itinerary, Documents that show how long you plan to stay and what you’ll do in Canada: So the reason for applying for visitor visa is that there is no other way to be back to Canada with my wife. Is that not a necessary reason for visitor visa? Should I plan a 6 month long trip in Canada, but concert tickets e.t.c. to give more weight to visa application?
3. Bank account statement, This can help us understand if you have enough money to support yourself during your stay in Canada: Can we provide bank statements from by Canadian bank accounts or the bank accounts should be in her name?
4. Is there a way to include a letter of explanation to show that I am a PR card holder and can support her in Canada?

Bank accounts should be in her name. It doesn't matter if you can support her in Canada, the focus is on the applicant. This is a visitor visa application.
