I want to apply visitor visa for my sister.
She have 2 and half year old daughter
I want to invite her for my house warming ceremony as we bought new house here in Canada
So can i apply only for my sister and her daughter or also for my brother in law with sister and her daughter....

So you did not apply last year ? Others can comment as well as is just my personal view but using a house warming ceremony on its own as a reason for a visit might not be that convincing.
