Hi,

1- I want to apply for my parents Visitor Visa, but my father has property court case in his name and his first hearing is in November 2021. my father is in India at the moment. Can I still apply for his visitor visa? Will there be a problem?
2- how much funds should we need to show for both parents?

If some could help advising, that would be really helpful.
