I recently got laid off in January and have been looking for jobs while on EI.
My parents wanted to vsiit us and were thinking to apply for visitor visa. Will me being on EI be a problem for it? Also, they have got two rejections already.

Your being on EI is not an issue. They are the ones that must address past reasons for refusal, show their own funds, travel history, ties to return and valid reasons to travel.
