Hi, my parents applied for visitor visa by creating GCKey. They have already given their Biometrics and there is no update till then. I am wondering if they should reapply through the IRCC account?

Would appreciate your suggestion on this.

Even thru IRCC ull have to wait. Which country u applied?
 
Congrats I am waiting since Jan 11status change review of Eligibility on Thursday nothing before and after that
