VISITOR VISA FOR PARENTS AND WORK PERMIT FOR SPOUCE

I am currently temporary resident in Regina, Saskatchewan. I sent my federal PR application last month under PNP category and currently working on closed work permit in Regina. I am getting married in April 2013 and my spouce is in India and she is an Engineer by profession. I would like to know what are the options I have if I want to call my spouce to Canada in quick time after marriage ?? Can I apply for open work permit for her ? OR should I apply visitor visa for her and how long it takes ?? I had posted this question before but did not get enough response. Please help me by sharing your information as I need to start the procedure.

I also plan to call my parents here in Canada sometime this summer and would like to apply visitor visa for them. What is the procedure to apply visitor visa for parents and how long it takes ??

1. She applies for a TRV to ND, if it is granted then she applies for an OWP when she arrives in Canada. She requires proof of your status in Canada, your job's NOC level and the marriage. Processing time 3 days.
2. You can send a letter of support for your parents, with proof of your status in Canada, but they have to apply for the TRV and prove their funds and ties to India. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/visit-visite.aspx?view=d

Thanks PMM...How can I apply TRV for my spouce and what documents are required for that, her financial background is poor and we are getting married in April 2013 ? Are there any best or safe options available to ensure she gets visa and secondly what is ND ?
