Hi I live in USA and on a Green Card. My finacy lives in India and cannot come to USA due to US visa rejection. We plan on getting married in Canada as I can travel there. Appreciate if anyone could advice appropriately:
1. She plans on coming on visit visa (TRV). Can she disclose that she is going to get married to a guy in USA (with all my proof) and that settling in Canada is not her choice & she will return to India after marriage? What are the chances of getting visa?
2. I have a friend (Canadian Citizen) and his family is ready to sponsor her visit. Can he be of any help & chances of getting visa?
Any other recommendations to get visa will be of great help !
