Hi everyone,

I am a Canadian PR, next year I will be applying for my citizenship.

I want to apply for visitor visa for my parents and brother. My parents are retired people getting govt pension.
But my brother is almost uneducated and lives with my parents. As he is uneducated, he doesn't work either and is a divorced 38years old guy.

If I have to apply for my brother's visitor visa, what documents I would need? Also what documents I would need to prove he will come back to India with my parents as he lives with them.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.
Jas

Details on how to apply for a TRV and the documents required are below:

Based on your brother's profile, he will struggle to show ties to his home country. Does he own any property? Does he have any savings in his name? Does he have any previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the US or UK? Does he have children from his previous marriage who he supports and sees regularly?

Thank you for the reply scylla.

He owns a property which has been rented to bank and he gets rent every month for that.
He also has money on his name in the bank.

He has never travelled to any other country before. Also he don't have any kids from his last marriage.

Thoughts please???

He'll have to try applying and see what happens. None of us can predict the outcome.

He should include proof in the application that he owns property and also show his savings. Hopefully his savings are fairly substantial.

Yes the savings are fairly enough.

And can someone apply again for visior visa if it is refused earlier?
