Visitor Visa for Mother

My mother's passport has been renewed in December, 2020. But she still have Visitor Visa on her old passport till 27 March, 2021.
On her old passport, it says, PASSPORT EXPIRED, VISA IF ANY REMAIN VALID
1. Does she need to transfer the visa stamp to the new passport? If yes, what's the procedure/link?
2. Can she enter to Canada this month with the return ticket of 20 March 2021?

Yes she can still use visa in the old passport... Ask her to carry both passports while travelling!!
