Hello Members,
Need suggestion to apply VV for In-laws (3rd time)
1st time Rejection Reasons
- Assets and financials situations are insufficient to support stated period( 4 months)
-The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicant's socio-economic situation and therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay
I have provided mine & Wife bank statements as sponsors for the whole trip( approx. ~ CAD 30K )
2nd time Rejection Reason:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
For 2nd time application : We have reduced the stay to 2 months and shown In-laws bank statement with sufficient fund and also attached CA report about the properties held in home country along with Pension record to show the plan of going back.
My In-laws has 2 daughters, 1 stay in US and other in Canada. I cannot show any other family ties.
Now my In-laws got their US tourist Visa , will their be any advantage to get Canada VV?
Since we are Canadian Citizens, should I apply for Super Visa instead of Visitor Visa for in-laws
Please suggest/Guide
