My fiancé is in back home and would like to bring him here for 2-3 weeks during holiday season. can we apply for visitor visa? and I am also planning to apply for PR spouse visa in 2023 Q1 after our marriage. can he be inside canada as visitor for few weeks when we apply for outland sponsorship ? ( considering VV goes smooth )
