Visitor visa for father and stepmother

I am a pr and would like to apply for visitor visa for my father and stepmother. The problem is in my father's passport in spouse section it's my mother's name and not my stepmothers'.Although my step mother's passport is new and my father's name is there in her passport.will this be an issue for them to apply for visitor visa as a couple.what extra documents need to be furnished.thank you.
