visitor visa for dependents outside canada (with AOR parents inland)

Hi.
What are the chances of approval for visitor visa?
I am outside the canada while my parents are in canada with work permits and in process pr application.
can i still apply for visitor?

How old are you? Why didn’t you apply for a visitor visa when they applied for work permits? You can try but if part of your parents PR application, you may need to wait until approved.
