Hi,

I am from India origin and currently a permanent resident in Canada and live with my spouse and a kid who are also permanent residents.

My brother wants to visit us on Visitor Visa for 3 weeks and will stay with us for that period.
Here is the case:
1. He is 21 and is a student back in India and still has 3 more years to complete his studies
2. He lives with our parents who have their respective jobs
3. He doesn't have a job and is financially dependent on our parents
4. He will be travelling alone
5. He doesn't have any future plan to settle in Canada

I want to know, how can I strengthen his case so that his visa doesn't get rejected?

Also, will it help if he plans to come along with the parents?

Please reply soon!!
