Hi,
Not sure if this is the right thread to post my querry related to applying for Visitor visa for Australia while the applicant is already visiting Canada on Visitor visa on Indian Passport.
My mother is currently visiting me on visitor visa in Canada. Now I am planning to apply her Visitor visa for Australia from within Canada insead of going backhome. Is this possible for me to apply her Visitor Visa for Australia while she stays with me in Canada instead of going backhome and then lodge application from there? If anyone have any information or experienced same please shed some light on it that how this could be possible with any web links.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I just checked and created an online account with Australian Immigration. She has general category multiple-entry Visitor Visa and I assume this allows her to remain max for 6 months continuously or until her departure day. She arrived in July 2022 and will depart in December 2022. Since I didn't find any stamp or no max stay period is mentioned on her passport that could confirm me that she is good until her departure day as a visitor in Canada. Did I miss anything to ask just to confirm?
