visitor visa financial support letter

Hello everyone,

We are going to send off our common-law inland application sometime mid- February.
My working holiday visa expires soon and I want to apply for visitor visa to stay in Canada. The issue is that I do not have enough fund in my bank account, so we will submit my boyfriend's bank certification and support letter with my docs. Is there a template that we can use?
Do we have to submit his documents as well such as passport copies or drivers license etc?

Hi.. I applied to extend my visitor visa as well 3 days ago.
as I do not a lot of money in my bank account, we provided a letter saying that my spouse is supporting me here with a bank statement.
I don't know if I should have included any kind of documentation on his behalf. =/
The last time I applied for the visitor visa, I included his Birth Certificate though
