How long it takes for the extension. Visa is already expired. I applied online.

you had applied for extension before the expiry of your first visa, you can continue to stay with the 'implied status', even after visa expiry.
And regarding your question on the processing times, as of the latest info,
it is 99 days for online and 119 days for paper applications.

Do you have the link where we can read about the "implied status" even if visitors visa is already expired if applied before the expiration? We applied for our mother's visa extension, and her expiration is due soon. We just want to have the assurance that she can stay with the "implied status".

I dont have the link. It was told to me by my company's immigration agent, when I was applying for my son's visa extension.
