My In laws came to Canada on May 5th. Their stay will expire on Nov 5th. (6 months). Due to personal reasons they will be travelling on Nov 25th. Should i apply for visa extension?. Application is asking for Medicals. If i apply with medicals and once it approves, can they do the medicals from India? .
Also on Jun5th we went to US and came back on Jun 6th. Will that reset their expire to Dec 5th so that i need not apply visa extension?
Please let me know your inputs and directions. This will save lot of money and time.
