Visitor Visa During PR Process

Hi All,

My family is planning to go Canada to attend a marriage function there. Problem here is I am currently is in express entry pool and have CRS lower than 400. I am wondering whether this can impact on my visitor visa, If i apply. In addition, marriage is of my wife's cousin sister.

To be approved, you must demonstrate strong ties/strong reasons to return to your country of residence (employment/business + property or land ownership + previous travel to visa-required countries + good financials + dependent family members to return to, etc)
