I applied for my parents visit visa. They have held a visitor visa before in 2018 but that passport expired so i applied for a new visitor visa. Their biometrics are still valid until 2028.
A day later after applying, their biometrics on the profile got updated to completed. However recently i received a Biometric instruction letter, do i need to have them do biometrics again? Or should i ignore that letter since on the profile it says biometrics completed with the biometric number and date.
