Visitor Visa August 2023 - Still no BIL

Hi, my mother and father both applied for their visitor visa on August 30th. My mother immediately received her BIL the next day while its been 2 weeks my father hasn't received anything. I have sent 2 webforms already. Did anyone else face similar issues? If so what was your approach? Thank you

Try calling IRCC and checking if you can
