They completed their biometric oct 10 after that no update yet my sowp approved dec 27 but parents application still in process its been almost 90 days.

How did you get SOWP if your wife only had an offer letter that you only submitted in November?
Every application is different. I suspect they were waiting to see the outcome of your applications although a TRV should only be dependent on the person’s finances, ties to their own country and travel history.
I already got sowp and my wife has pgwp .. as we all applied together they didn’t asked any supporting documents like financial or home ties as there was no option to upload ...
